Acquisition of a 400,000 SF education campus in the historic Bronzeville neighborhood. This is a multiphase project, with Phase I consisting of completing deferred maintenance work on the existing main building. In August 2024 the main building will serve grades K-8. Subsequent phases will consist of creating an early learning center, high-school with an indoor pool, and community center. Once complete, the project will serve children from birth to the 12th grade. The project team includes the following: Owner - ITAV Family of Schools; Finance - IFF, CCLF, Crow Island, Applegate and Thorne; Architect - Third Entity.
