Kenneth Gilkes Jr., MPA, MSRE

Kenneth joined ITAV Development in 2022. He has a decade of intergovernmental affairs and real estate experience working with agencies such as the Chicago Housing Authority, the Public Building Commission, Chicago Public Schools, the 2nd Congressional District of Illinois, and the City of Chicago. Before joining ITAV Development, Kenneth worked as a Senior Analyst with the Business and Economic Incentives Group at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he assisted with site selection and location analytics. Kenneth has been a licensed real estate broker for over ten years. He earned a BA in History from Fisk University, an MPA – concentrating in Public Management from the University of Illinois – Chicago, and a Certificate in Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago. Mr. Gilkes also has a Master of Science in Real Estate from Roosevelt University.
